no... I've know what I was having since 16 weeks. the anatomy scan is to check for deformities and abnormalities. and I was supposed to have my follow up with my doctor where we discuss the scan on this coming up monday. but I needed to switch my Dr and now won't be seen til March 8th @sexxymama83

If they find something your doctor will call you. So not getting a call regarding your scan is a good thing. Try not to worry. ❤️

But if getting a 3D ultrasound will make you feel better or give you peace of mind do it! I go every month to get pictures of my baby girl haha.

it would just be nice since it will be so long from my last apt. so I can see my baby and hear his heartbeat :) haha I wish I had the money to go every month @jasminebowman

my last ultrasound was November 11th and I won't get another one for atleast another 4 weeks or so.. it's nerve wrecking but thankfully I get to hear the heart beat every time I go in. my doctor is keeping me on the monthly appointments until the end of this month at the earliest because I've had such a healthy pregnancy

wow that's a while without an appointment... 7 weeks?... you can buy the fetal doppler online and aren't too expensive.. my doctor always tell.me if I need it I can come in and they will listen to the baby's heartbeat for me

I wish I had money for one of those. I'm waiting for my tax return and then probably just gonna use it to move out. so no extra money :/ @aphrodite2014 but I might try to get in to hear the heartbeat

@misskass20, the cheaper version is to get a stethoscope like the doctors use, because you can hear the heartbeat with those too.. just a thought. I know how tight money can be my SO and I are fighting for custody of his other 3 kids we just dropped 1k atleast on beds and bedding for them plus birthday presents..

dang! that's crazy! the worst part is I have a car payment, phone bill and insurance that's due in a couple weeks which will be a total of $400 and I've been trying to get a job but have yet to succeed. so I'm a little screwed. @aphrodite2014 but yeah I'm literally completely broke right now otherwise I'd get a doppler or stethoscope.

@misskass20, it's only a blessing the days he's at work.. oil is bad right now he is usually the last the get cut off the ship but he is still at great risk of getting cut
