Almost at my very fertile time in my cycle. I wonder why they tell you to have intercourse as much as possible after you get off your period if you most fertile time isn't until a couple days after your period 🙇🏾 does anyone know the answer to this? Or can maybe explain it to me better.

I got off my period the 28th of January and I've baby danced every since then and I've been taking my prenatals faithfully. I was just looking at my Ovia app and today I'm 2.0 in my fertile window the last three days I was 1.0 fertile. Tomorrow and over the weekend It says I'll be 7.5 and 9.0 fertile and through out next week
I'm not sure, but I got pregnant after my period went off.
Question: (may or may not be stupid) how fertile are you before you have your period after you have your baby??
So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.
