right now I think it's mostly due to her not getting enough sleep, so I'm trying to lay her down every 2 hours during the day... even if she doesn't sleep, just to have quiet time. She's 2 months old and has terrible sleeping habits. She goes down for the night around 9 m, wakes up a couple of times and is up for the day around 6 and she literally won't nap at all during the day. I think she's gets way overtired. The other thing that has helped is a video on YouTube... "the 5 S's- the happiest baby on the block." it's also worked.

seriously! we're going through it right now. It's rough
