my doctors told me to push when the baby was crowning but that didn't cause me to tear I didnt push after her head came out they just pulled her right on out but her shoulders did cause me to tear just a little and I had to get 2/3 stitches but they said it wasn't bad at all and it healed very quickly

yeah, she said crowning and shoulders are the usual times for tearing. I'm afraid they're going to pull the baby out and that what might cause a tear :/ @motheroftwojk

my docs told me when to push, and to keep pushing then would tell me when to stop, I had just a few stitches and didn't even know it

Dont be afraid I didn't even feel it so much will be going on you probably won't even notice it and I know this might me TMI but my fiance said he can't even tell that I had to get stitches down there . so everything will go back to normal if I should say that

once the baby crowns you're supposed to relax your vagina so that it will naturally widen. and then continue to push. you just need a second to relax the vaginal muscle.

eh it wasn't to bad, a lil harder cuz I had some hemorrhaging from having baby B. when they pulled out the second baby I tore inside a bit so it took me a lil bit longer to heal. but all in all it wasn't bad at all taking care of the boys

my hospital called the Dr late so the nurse delivered my baby and just told me to push when my body wanted!!! I barely tore! got 3 stitches but I'm tiny so it was inevitable

I got an epidural so I barley felt it at all and it healed super quick!!! plus my nurse and mil delivered my baby so I didn't have a Dr to coach me when to push and wait! the nurse told me not to push and wait for my doctor but my body HAD to push by then! @courtney.emond

for me yes!!!! I tried to listen and wait but I said screw it she needs out and pushed her out in 2 pushes and then the doctor showed up like oh there's a baby here already and stitched me up! thank god the nurse on duty had a lot of experience!! @courtney.emond

no it wasn't I had taken vitamin K in my pregnancy and that helps with clotting so that helped me not lose as much blood, and then they gave me some meds to help stop it. but again when we were home it wasn't to bad, I'd get a lil worn out lol but wasn't to bad

@courtney.emond, not at all . I mean some days there was some pain due to me getting a epidural My Back Ached but it wasn't bad enough for me not to care for my daughter

hmm, I'm highly considering an epidural but I already have back issues. @motheroftwojk
