I guess all little boys do stuff like that. just keep getting on him tell he learns.

tell him that it's something he should only do alone, when no one is around. since its his private area

he's a child it's just what they will do. he's just learning his body as long as he doesn't start acting really weird and doing things that are inappropriate just don't pay attetion
my nephews like that he's just exploring its normal and you can't really just force him to stop.

son getting out of car seat
So a couple days ago my son started getting himself out of his car seat while we are on the road. He will be 2 years old May 27th. He pushes the chest clip all the way down and pulls his arms and shoulders out of the straps but is still buckled at the waist. Today he did it 4 times, we had to pull over every time. my son pulls on his but its in the privacy of our own home and its when he is naked, we are trying to potty train him. we tell him that's yucky and not to touch that. maybe it's just a boy thing lol
