So ladies, I need your opinions!!!
Alright so as of now my fiance and I have been looking for our own place but have yet to find anything that will work for us so we currently live with his parents and his mother, father and grandmother(who also lives there) all smoke in the house, they think it will be perfectly fine for my daughter to be upstairs in the living room just because they smoke in their bedrooms(which are upstairs also) it's not ohkay with my because smoke doesn't just stay in one place because you shut the damn door, smoke travels and I don't want my daughter breathing it in, also I don't want anyone holding her if they just smoked a cigarette. (I know I can't tell them what not to do in their own house so I will just stay downstairs with her) my fiance thinks that my rules about smoking will start issues with his family but I honestly don't care because it's for our daughters health and if smoking a damn cigarette is more important than their grandchilds life then they don't deserve to see her anyway. am I being crazy or do you think I'm being reasonable?

my parents, boyfriend, and boyfriends parents all smoke but when they do they have a specific smoking jacket and they smoke outside. it's better than my daughter inhaling the smoke from their clothes. they all chose to smoke outside before I even made the rule. they know how I feel about it. my apartment is smoke free. only smoking outside.
perfectly fine for you to be concerned... I'm in the same boat and they smoke outside or in the garage...I don't want my baby no where near it if it's preventable. If I'm helping pay bills better believe my mouth will be open.
Reasonable because they say that smoking is bad but 2nd hand smoke is worse.
