I'm in the same boat but its only his mom. & his uncle is the only one who is racist towards me . But his mom goes back to him & talks trash to me. & has disrespected me on many occasions. I am just now to the point where I am done & I have let her have it many times. I try to be respectful to his mom because she's of course his mom but I wont be disrespected especially by someone who is a dead beat mom.

I'd say forget them. and I would expect my SO to stand up to them on my behalf. I would not tolerate my family to be disrespectful to my SO for ignorant reasons like race.
