Okay so not saying you should get it, but the biggest risk of getting a tattoo while pregnant is an unsterile needle, low quality ink, and just unprofessionalism all around. that being said, if you plan to pay the extra amount for a quality well trusted tattoo artist, then it's safe honestly. I wouldn't recommend it per-say, but let's say you WERE going to do it, then go with something that isn't big, doesn't require shading, and won't take long. not to mention while your pregnant your body has more blood volume, which will make you bleed more making the risk of getting an ugly tattoo worse. the truth is, your baby should be fine, but I wouldn't do it just considering you do have a baby in you, and you dont know how differently your body might react to getting a tattoo while pregnant. for example, my skin is sooo sensitive now where as before my skin could take a beating and be aye okay.
i got one when i was pregnant. (i didnt know i was at that time. but i was 13 weeks already) and mine healed fine and me and the baby was fine. but it isnt recommended!
