I was 123 before I got pregnant and the day I went in to have my son I was 205 so I gained 82 pounds ( I was preeclamptic so a lot of the weight was water retention) I eat 8 healthy small meals a day and I do an hour of cardio workout. but right after I had my son I lost 60 pounds just by breast feeding @livd15
