OH's friends are 22/23 but still don't understand the commitment of babies/heavily pregnant girlfriend. None of them work either so don't understand that people can't just be available all the time. They're in a band together and practice every Sunday night from 5-9pm and have regular meet ups at one of they guys house during the week. OH usually goes up about 3 times a week but he's staying with me at the minute. He didn't go on Sunday because I was having on and off contractions, was quite sick and couldn't really move from bed. He's now just ran into some of them at the shop and they asked him if I'd had the baby yet. He told them no and they hounded him about why he wasn't at practice. They said he should have been there if it wasn't serious and they expect him to be there this weekend. He's only a bass player and they're not a known band at all. It's like what people do in school and grow out of a year later.
They're going to get one hell of a reality shock when baby is here. They'll probably end up replacing him when he has to miss it if she's sick or I'm sick or he's got work😂

I don't think it matters what age they are, some men just can't grow up or can't grasp commitment. It's a good thing you Oh would rather look after you then band practice, his mates will have to deal with it haha. Xx

@stacey804, @felicjuh, I'm really lucky that he's staying here with me, I didn't think he would because he's practically in love with his friends😂 xx

@babyboots, I completely support him, I thought he was going to go but he chose to stay at home. He knows they're not going to go far as most of them are quite childish and fall out all the time and some of them take drugs so he doesn't want to be around that. He'll still be going but we've agreed that he goes there and then I go out with people another night in the week whilst he looks after baby. He can't go round the guys house for 3 nights a week as well though because he's gonna be working 10 hours every week day so he'll hardly be around the baby if he does. His friends don't understand that because they don't work. He'll probably end up cutting them off because they're quite demanding of him, he has been getting quite fed up of having to run them around in his car all the time and stuff xx
