my daughter had it , all she wanted to do was sleep. she wouldn't eat. she ran a fever but was freezing. I thought it was chicken pox when I first saw it. lovely. thank you. thats how mu son is, just wants to sit around and snuggle. his fever is gone thankfully. but still has the rashes, he wont let me look in his mouth but i can tell it hurts he barely wants to eat, thankfully he will still nurse and drink water though.
