drink some juice and lay on your left side if there is no movement you should be worried but most of the time my girl doesn't move if I'm on my feet too much or don't eat often. make sure you eat small portions every few hours like fruits and nuts or cereal.
but my dr always tells me im suppose to feel atleast 4 kicks or more wit in an hour

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
