I just did my hair. They said the second trimester is the best to dye your hair. Also, I read a little further before doing my hair and there is no evidence that dying your hair can harm your baby. However, the only thing I'm not sure of is a 3 month old dye.

@mrspavlides, Its never been used and everything inside is still sealed so I dont see any defects that would be an issue.

I guess you're right perhaps the only issue may be that the hair color is not as strong as it once was...? @talbottgirl

I would do a strand test with it first. Just to make sure the color didn't sit to long and do something crazy to your whole head. But other than that. Dye away lol

@mrspavlides, hair dye sits in the store and warehouses and factories all the time. if you buy from walmart your hair dye could of been sitting some where for a year and you wouldnt know.

my old walmart had stuff sitting for 18 months at our old store when we moved and just finally brought it over to the newer store. they kept the old store for a warehouse and was getting shipments for newer products and still mixed the products to the shelf. the only thing they dont do that with it food and if it does happen it gets shipped back

I say go for it , I dyed my hair cause I couldn't take it anymore , I had my dye for about 5 months alone just at my house before using it , it was fine lol
