I really pray and hope I won't have to wait till 42 weeks to be induced. I really don't feel like I can make it that much longer. I find out Thursday how long they'll make me wait hopefully not long. 😑😢
I went until 41w6d- so close to having to be medically induced! I tried everything and nothing really worked- except for the chiropractor. I went into see a woman who specialized in natural induction. She told me what I had already suspected: my spine and pelvic bone were misaligned, so his head was just kinda stuck there in the curve. It's supposed to be straight so their head can fall into the birth canal. Anyways, she said I would go into labor 1-2 days after the adjustment. I cramped the next day, then had my bloody show and contractions after. My boy came out almost exactly 2 days to the hour of that visit! There's no way to know for sure if that is what did it, or if it would work for everyone, but I thought I'd just give you my experience in case you needed options. :) If you check out my past posts, you'd see the hell I went through trying to get that kid out haha! Good luck, mama!
