Opinions!! We are putting the house on the market soon and my realtor thinks we need to upgrade to granite. Only problem is, for a kitchen this size, the cheapest quote I got was $3,800. Everyone is telling me not to do it, they don't think there is a good enough ROI. What do you think?

If u do a light pink there will be to much pink if u do the light blue the pink would sand out more
