38+4 ftm, went in today for an appt and doctor said I still haven't dilated.. And I'm not completely thinned out yet.. Told me to do lots and lots of walking this week so next app she can strap my membrane if I dilate at least 1 cm. i been beyond lazy my pregnancy and as I was walking up and down the stairs today over and over, and all around the grocery store etc I was most definitely feeling the uncomfortableness and cramping, came home to spotting? Good or bad? Should I be concerned?
Just ate pinapples, bounced on my ball, about to shower, have sex, rub myself with warm Vicks after and head to bed. No labor tonight then I'll try again tomorrow.
good, I went to my 38w apt and was not dilated at all. at 38+2 had sex and got some brown discharge by 4:30 am I was in labor
I never had spotting, but I've heard some spot at the end of their pregnancy. if you're worried, call your local ER or doctor and ask :)
Also, if it turns out to be nothing, go walking, eat fresh pineapple, and do wide squats. I went into labor a few hours after doing that.

So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
Starting TWW. Anyone else?
I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
There's something known as "Bloody Show" toward the end of pregnancy. Labor is immanent if that's happening(:
