Mine says take with a meal.

I take mine with food. I'm not sure if it advises me to take with or without honestly. But it never bothers me.

I take mine every morning with a light breakfast like toast or something. It's never upset my stomach.

@risssslynnnn, i hate them tooooo but i feel safe taking what they give me rather then store gummies but im honestly thinking about doing it cause its not as hard on your tummy i heard.

@malinaa215, they are really no different just more expensive. My one bottle cost 50$ compared to store at most 20$
