can you get Braxton Hicks contractions in your back?

just time them like you would normal contractions, that's what I did and when I went into labor and delivery sure enough I was in labor. @elenasmommmy good luck!!

I'm 38 weeks with my first and I haven't had any contractions yet at all :( just cramps like..they feel like period cramps but my stomach doesn't tighten up or whatever like I've heard it's supposed to. also, I heard braxton Hicks and actual contractions are like really bad period cramps...but...my periods were ALWAYS really bad so how would I be able to distinguish between the two? 😢
