I've been having contractions and feeling nauseous. Doesn't matter which way I lay. any suggestions?!

And I like that idea my doctor told me to start doing this too far as the yoga ball and stretching some and drink water and fluids too this helps me out too thank u😊@mommabear3cubs

bounce on a yoga ball if u gave one. or do some stretching and drink water.
