Mommy friends...breast pump? Madela Advanced or Spectra S2..I've read good things about both reviews…

Spectra S2 for sure! Much more comfortable, closed system, still hospital grade. It suckles like a baby would vs. pulling like Medela does. I've tried sooo many pumps and spectra was not only my favorite but all of my nursing mama friends too!

Try out both and see. I mainly breastfed and just pumped once in the morning. I ended up donating most of my stash since my guy never took a bottle. So you never know! Two of my mama friends exclusively pumped and they both used the Spectra and were the ones that got me hooked on it ;) lol.

I would wait on buying a pump if I were you. If your a stay at home mommy or plan to be then it's really not necessary.

@kmally, well my insurance covers it so, I only have one shot...I want to get it right.

@coltroyalsmama1224, I'm not sure I can be the stay at home mommy like I want. So I know my insurance covers it & would rather get it to be safe when I'm not having to pay for it.

I would totally get one regardless. I mainly breastfed but there were times I HAD to pump--being engorged, mastitis, etc. So it's best to get one either way.
