Any ladies have genital warts whilst pregnant and having birth???

Need advise. This is very personal to me. However my scum bag cheating 'now EX' partner gave me genital warts however I'm 15 + 3 days carrying his child.. Anyways, I saw a doctor and they said it shouldn't effect my pregnancy or labour, only way it would is if they grew largely. However they are only small however inside and out. Has any of you ladies had this and can you tell me how they helped you and if it effect your labour?
