I have a doctors appointment on Thursday but ad it's causing me pain now wondered if any of you ladies have any advice! my knee is really tight and painful, paracetamol doesn't help and we're not aloud ibuprofen? any suggestions much appreciated. Currently sat with hot water bottle on my knee :(

well I've had problems on with it for a few years on and off, but normally dies down eventually with erm last time doc prescribed naproxin. but knowing I can't take that or ibuprofen ect whilst preggers I'm unsure how to ease it as it's all the time x

It's weird my calf is like that! It goes really tight and cramps really bad I have to force it forward for it to loosen again! Try flexing your toes and bending it more. Just look for swelling as that could be signs of excess fluid @beadyeyes x
