does anyone know how to increase BM supply? I take 4-6 fenugreek pills a day but I've never been able to pump anything out. like 1-2 mls between both breasts in a session. when I latch my son on sometimes he will unlatch mid suck and milk will squirt out. does that mean I'm producing more than what I think I am and just that pumping won't work for me? I'd love to get my son off formula and do just breastfeeding
