I used a zip lock bag. I put it all in there and then cut the tip off a little bit and squeezed it in the strawberry. My strawberries also survived an attack from a ball that my son just so decides to chunk at the table. lol. cheesecake everywhere

@hermommy, and definitely use a deeper bowl, maybe a cup to melt the chocolate in and dip the strawberry into.

@_akgirl, lol! I'm not usually good at these things but I couldn't justify paying what a store wants for them. Just the chocolate covered ones are like $8-$12 for 4!! But for about $15 I made over a dozen... I could have made more but I kept eating the strawberries.

I can't imagine what a store or restaurant would charge for something like I made.

@hermommy, how did you fail? The only things I think I need to do differently is let the cream cheese sit out a little bit so it's easier to stir, stir the mixture longer, and use wax paper so the chocolate doesn't stick on the pan. and maybe find another way to put the chocolate on top.
