So what's good for producing more breast milk? I have tried mothers milk tea. Anything else that will work this hasn't worked. It seemed that it made my milk supply go down.

I drink a gallon of water a day and take fenugreek! I still find it a little difficult sometimes, my 4 month old has quite the appetite! hope that helps
