I have to see what other kind of medicine they can give me Thursday instead of an epidural. I gave way too many back problems to take the risk of the epidural. I want to be awake during the c-section so I can hear my son cry for the first time, but I'm just scared of the risks with my back. 😣

i have back problems and when i had my baby i got the epidurial and after that my back didnt hurt until 2 years and then i had an accident and problem came back.. my experience thought everyone is different

if you get a c section you get usually a spinal and epidural.

oh i have back issues as well and have to have a c section i have an appt tomorrow ill ask if there are any other meds they can give besides the epidural
But, I'm at a risk for more or worsened back problems if I get an epidural. That's what I'm worried about. @qamk
the only other thing i could think of is getting put to sleep completely
