Sudafed and Vicks helped me! I'm not too sure about the hot shower? I know it isn't best to be in a hot tub or sauna so I wouldn't try the hot shower at full steam...that's just me though. Hope you feel better soon! It sucks being pregnant and sick 😪

Vicks under nose helps a lot

Sit in the bathroom with the hot shower at full steam! Its been helping my stuffy nose. Maybe Vicks Vapo Rub?

you should be fine to take sudafed. my medication list says its safe
