What can I take for a headache ?

I ended up just letting it pass on its own .

if that doesn't help try some benedryl (little pink pills) & some caffeine... I've had some bad ones and my ob suggested this. My allergies have been terrible at times this pregnancy 😥

Thank you . I already took two showers to let the pressure hit my head and it didn't work like it usually does and I hate taking meds when I'm pregnant .

Acetaminophen or Tylenol. Nothing with aspirin.
