I'M SO FREAKING LIVID!! RANT ABOUT "SISTER IN LAW"!!! 👿😠😡

So it's late, my sons bed time routine (solids, bath, milk, story) is at around 8. We couldn't do it like usual because I had to leave at 8:30PM to go pick up my Hubby's sister and his nephew from the airport and bring my son along since hubby was already asleep (he goes to work at 4AM). So as soon as they get in the car my son starts fussing a little, everyon's on their phone's quiet, I'm talking to my baby a little to try to soothe him but it doesn't work so I ask Hubby's nephew to give him his pacifier, he says he can't find it.. My baby starts getting worse then starts crying, I'm doing the best I can to soothe him, mind you I'M DRIVING! Everyone's still silent , unaffected by Lorenzo's cries until suddenly my SIL opens her mouth and decides to talk about how people in the South are so much nicer than people in California. She goes "you know what I learned?" and I'm thinking IDGAF right now! She continues about southern hospitality.. then her son brings up Carl's Jr and it's whole fucking history and that in Texas it's called Hardy's.. How fucking fascinating and fabulous, tell me more! So they're just talking over my poor 6 month old who's tired and crying and no one tries to soothe him!!!!!! My SIL could've turned around and talked to him or find his pacifier, rub his head, something!! I know my son would've responded to that, he's like me he doesn't like being ignored especially when he's tired like that. And Hubby's nephew was in the back sitting right next to him and did NOTHING! I'm stressed because my poor baby is crying and no one is doing anything about it so I'm trying to get home ASAP so these people can get out of my car, go home and I can attend to my baby and put him to sleep. Then once we are around the corner of my house she asks her son "are you sure you can't find his pacifier" to which he replies "no trust me if I could I would".. then she tells my son "it's ok papas" and so I say "it's fine we're already here" I'm usually bubbly and talkative but I was quiet when I wasn't trying to soothe my baby so I'm sure they could tell I was upset, especially after i said that. I'm sorry and honestly don't care if anyone reads this or not just have to get my frustration out since I have no one I can tell at this moment. I'm not a confrontational person at all!! but I'm so surprised I was able to keep my cool in that situation because trust me I wanted to snap SO bad, that's my baby, don't mess with me when is comes to my baby!! Ugh 😡
