Anyone who is using/used evening primrose oil vaginally, what dosage did you use? I have two different recommended dosages by two different midwives..

@mrscarterbby, do you just insert like a suppository? I'm still closed at 38 weeks so I guess I should try to to at least soften me up
@nicholefrank, good that's what I'm aiming for just to aid in softening and reducing tears
that's what I took, they help soften the cervix, they don't dilate or anything. they really helped me. @mrscarterbby
@nicholefrank, okay... One midwife said 2 vaginally and the other said that won't do ANYTHING and to insert 6 so I was confused... I may just go with 4 (they are 500mg each)
I put four up their and started at 36 weeks and took them orally at 34.

Too small
A queen size bed just won't cut it! DH is 6'3 280 lbs and I'm 6'2 and 22w pregnant. Between the two of us, my pug and pillows, one of us is usually falling off the bed! Should we look at a king? Or California king replacement bed. What's the difference?
