My left boob hurts when i cough... What should i do?

The pressure of the coughing is probably just emphasizing the tenderness. I'm same Amt of weeks as you with twins and mine are really sensitive I barely can handle bras anymore. Try maybe holding the boob when you cough I have to when I sneeze it helps
