Chloe is about 4.5 months old. She's going through this not sleeping except for like 30 mins at a time. Even over night. Is this normal?

there's this thing called 4 month sleep regression that happens to almost every baby. my little one is starting to get over it. it has a lot to do with their sleep transitioning to adult sleep patterns. Kelly mom has the best article about it
