take some tylenol that helps me a lot...know that my baby is growing in get a lot of lower back pains but hot showers, tylenol, and pillows in my back really do help

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
