Can the firestation help install car seats ? If so would i have to make an appointment or just go up there and ask them too ?

You just go up there & ask. Its the best place to get it done

And if for some reason they don't, call the sheriff dept and they can do it also. Here in GA it differs by the county on if the sheriffs office does it or the fire station
