Girl! Why would I get mad? Honestly, it's hard to explain, Google it and look under a medical website, they can explain better than I can. From what I understand, they go inside you through your "monkey" and pull your cervix away from your uterus in order to help think you out more and dilate you more! @Joni bear0819

I had mine done 2x a week apart. 2nd time the day it the next day I went into labor. good luck
