I'm suffering from really itchy nipples and I have been leaking colostrum since 20 weeks . My doc said it could have been a yeast infection since that area is now being moist more often then not. So he recommended a natural treatment. I apply vinegar over them and I feel the bubbling sensation as if it were fighting an infection then I let it dry and wash it off before bed my nipples haven't itched since I started doing that thank Jesus lol
