You don't have to, but they are good for you because the baby takes everything from you.
I took mine like maybe once a week everything went fine with my pregnancy
You don't have to but its good for the early weeks. . I barely take mine lol (I use Gummys) but since my iron super low I have to remember to take those pills
My nurse n doc said once u get so far it's no biggie if u miss them or don't really take them
I have no idea. If they did I would assume it's nasty lol.
especially the gummys they're disgusting@skyy08 @izzysmommy1003 do they have liquids?
@skyy08, basically tried them all. @hayleybug same lol ni w I just hate swallowing them
@izzysmommy1003, I just hate swallowing pills I sick at bit and I hate the gummys@tahtahme y'all I'll keep taking them:/
I liked them at first but then they made me gag and then yeah lol
you don't have to but it recommend. There are different brands if you don't like your current ones
I hate the gummys lol they're gross. @hayleybug and nvm I'll stick with the pills@royalmommy I'm super picky
It helps supplement for what you might not be getting enough of, especially as the baby takes so much and both of you need to be healthy! also if you don't have an excellent healthy diet.
They have varieties of them if there's a certain kind u don't like. Your going to get tierd a lot and it helps with that and after u have yet baby your hormone level will drop and you'll lose your hair so prenatals help with that. Happened to me lol
It's not super necessary the pills are to keep you strong, the baby feed off you. But what you can do is eat healthy.
I quit taking mine but I started throwing up the gummy ones and I got the wrong ones to take. my mom and bf get on to me but I don't have money for a 3rd bottle lol some women don't take them at all
Don't NEED to but it really does give your and the baby nutrients
My midwife prescribed me vitafol nano they're amazing. All other prenatals would make me feel sick and horrible. These are the opposite, if I don't take these, I feel bad... They're tiny, about the size of a aspirin. Vitafol ultra has DHA in them. I'm going to ask for them my next midwife visit. I'd highly recommend these
