I'm 22 weeks, and recently started working out. mostly squats and stuff. lower body, no arms yet. One question is does anyone know if it's safe to do planks, and push ups? also, is it normal to feel sharp pains in my hips?
do prenatal yoga it's awesome there are a million videos on YouTube to follow I started it a few weeks ago and I love it. being active actually reduced your chance of getting a whole bunch of stretch marks you can't avoid them completely but the less the better!
