it feels like your tummy has small hickups. I have cramps too but the cramping can be your ligaments to diet. every body is different and every pregnancy is also different.

16 weeks if I was lying on my stomach, 19 weeks barely started feeling and not too often.

@twinscomingsoon, hmm im a first time mom with my second pregnancy but i was only 10weeks when we lost the first one so i don't know the feeling. I do get gas pains tho but probably too early to feel much else

@rmnavarro, kinda hard to explain. Like little grumbles. Like gas almost but different. Took me a little while to realize it was the babies flipping and dancing around in there. Lol

I have one anterior placenta and one posterior, so I didn't really start to feel flutters or anything from my twins until 19-20 weeks

I felt my son move kinda late. 21 weeks exactly I finally felt him move 😙 than he never stopped! lol
