its a cream to put on your nipples after each bf or in BTW for the soreness,it helps big time. @pattyp24

I've been supplementing cause of Jaundice and it is so hard to get her to latch back on. I use those plastic nipple shields, without it she will not latch either, I guess it's the way my nipple is shaped...

It is!!! And it gets so tiresome because it seems like all you do is sit and nurse baby..... It's worth it though, especially in this nasty sick season!! Don't give up, hang in there... Imagine having a 1 month old nursing (constantly) and then having an 11 month old running around 😩😥😧
