oh and kegels help so much, they strengthen your pelvic floor muscles...including your bladder and all. I still pee a little each time but only about 3 or 4 drops compared to nearly soaking my pants lol . I do 3 sets of 15 every day...theyre so easy to do yet so beneficial

@aldensmommy, they're with the tampons and pads. just called panty liners or ultra thin pads. Every brand has them, including walmatt brand.

Omg I know your struggle!! Tmi--went to pee at target yesterday and didn't pull my maternity pants down enough and peed on them.... Had to wait for my brother in law to finish shopping. Luckily I had a sweater dress on. I was so freakin embarrassed and uncomfortable. Text my husband what happened and he put his arm around me the rest of the time we were at the store and rubbed my shoulder haha
