my feet are swollen my hands are swollen should i be worried

same here. if your feet are sweeping too bad like mine are, watch your salt intake and prop your feet up while sleeping.

Also, call your doc. They might know more ways to help the swelling. Oh! And put your ankles above your heart! Helps a lot!!

It's a common pregnancy symptom. If you can, try taking a warm or cool bath. If that doesn't help usually ice or heat will.
