that can cause it but laying down in general allows it to happen I tried sleeping sitting up but now my side most nights lol

Try a glass of milk or two. That helps my heart burn. Or some tums.

I know it sounds a little weird, but try almonds! they are my lifesaver, work better than milk and tums

After 20 weeks my doctor said not to lay on your back! So that could be a factor!
