So I've been dilated 3 1/2 and thinned out 90% for 2 weeks now. I've walked my legs off, had intercourse, done squats, cleaned my entire house, ate spicy food and still nothing! This baby absolutely refuses to come out!! 😫😭🙈😑🙄

@amymabundio, true!! I have an appt tomorrow! Crossing my fingers that I've made it to a 4 and will be sent to the hospital!! 😁

My OB told me he would too. But I've not had good enough contractions to go to the hospital. :( they're strong but just not close enough, so I'm stuck with weekly visits until I get to a 4!

@gab044, I forgot I did that too! Up and down the basement steps! And my moms driveway which is a hill lol I even skipped a step on the stairs! 😫

I heard climbing stairs really helps speed things along
