these startted coming out on baby forehead what can they be or does anyone know why they came out..

just wash her head with baby shampoo, if oily, but don't pop them or scrub, it can irritate and make it worse. I know they're bothersome but they'll go away with a little time.

looks like baby acne. they get them bc of hormones still going through their system. completely normal
