my son had complications due to his circ. because of that we will not let this baby be cut and risk the same complications. if you are unsure I highly recommend looking at everything that could go wrong as well as how the procedure is performed then decide from there. My brothers and dad are not circ. none of them have ever had a problem. none of my nephews have had problems and they weren't circ ether.
I did not circumcised any of my boy and will not with baby on the way I just think it's not something that should be done
if I have a boy he's getting circumcised for hygiene reasons seeing boys who aren't have a higher chance of utis and stds etc due to the bacteria
Personally, my son and any future boys I have will be circumcised after delivery For hygiene purposes i feel it's important. But again, only you the mom can make that decision. ☺️
I'm circumsizing my son for sanitation reasons. uncircumcised boys tend to carry infections inside the foreskin. when they get older and sexually active, they give girls these bacteria infections. alot of women think it's just a cosmetic issue but it's not. yes it is painful but the pain is temporary. this will not be the he first time my son experience pain and he won't even remember it. as a nurse I have seen too many women come in with trich or some other bacteria infection from an uncircumcised man. even if you teach your son how to keep the foreskin clean it's not guaranteed that he will keep it clean enough. I rather protect him now than him have to continuously get treated for bacteria infections.
I had it done for personal and spiritual reasons but everybody has too make that decision for their own child.
i believe they should choose what is done to their own body.
I got my boys circumcised and working in the medical field I've seen many grown men come in having to have it done, and that is a lot worse than having it done as a baby. my boys were and they were fine no problems, my brother were, my dad, my 4 nephews were and if I have more boys in the future they will be as well. Much rather it be now than when they're older and having to have it done for medical reasons
@yahuahsdaughter, @allybrand thanks girls! it's a tough decision but it is also something they can get done once they are old enough.
@twincessesandaprince, Sure I would like to know your opinion on it.
hubby and i decided not to. we researched and our obgyn/midwife agrees and recomfirmed that its an unnecessary procedure.
I'm personally choosing not to circumcise my son. If you wanna know why I can message you but I'm not going to discuss it publicly because people get really into the topic and I don't want to deal with it lol.
I've done a lot of research on this and I have decided to not circumsize if I have a boy (not looking forward to my family's reaction) it's not my body, and if he wants it done when he's older I'll support him.
Me and my SO decided to get it done for our son when he's born.. We also did a lot of research as well
@twincessesandaprince, I've been searching its like everything there's good and bad 😯 I want to but then ohh my poor baby, & then I start thinking well they can get it done when they are older 😂
Do some research there's a lot of information about it. People on here might not be the most trustworthy sources of information.
I did not choose to cir. I feel God made him the way he is an I will let him choose later on to do as he pleases it's not my business in my opinion his dad is either an I like it that way an i feel if you raise a dirty nasty uneducated child then sanitation issues can be a risk but that's why educating an informing your children on cleanliness even a girl can get infections from not wiping correctly or an cir. Boy who isn't clean an being misinformed on sanitation but that's my opinion an my feelings so sorry if I offend anyone so no bashing thanks
