embarrassing registry items?

Maybe I'm the only one slightly embarrassed by it. Did you put things on your registry like nipple cream, breast/nipple pads? Or did you leave those items off and just purchase them yourself?

Ah registry was a joke, spent hours at 2 stores beeping items on and no one got

I use Baby List and it's all online and you don't have to stick with one store.
