I keep getting real bad nose bleeds but it didn't start happening until I got pregnant

talk to your doctor and let them know . it may mean your iron is low and will need to take iron supplements

I had them my whole first trimester! My midwife said it was because of increased blood volumes and relaxed capillaries. Basically your body has a ton more blood and the vessel walls are weaker, so when your nose gets dry or there is increased pressure like when you're puking you end up with a nose bleed

it's normal. higher blood count for baby. same with bloody gums or loose feeling teeth. it sucks
