I personally didn't take any for my first two pregnancies; and everything came out fine wit my babies and myself haven't had any problems whatsoever... I guess it really depends on what you eat too and just eat healthy 😁

I don't take them, not because I think they're a scam, but because I just don't. I think they're okay if you take them, but I don't think they're life and death. Some think if you don't take them your baby will be born deformed or something crazy. I definitely don't think that. I took them in the beginning as much as I could with both pregnancies, simply because I was so sick and throwing up constantly I thought maybe they'd help, but stopped taking them around 18-20 weeks. I think it's just personally preference.

I took vitamins thru my pregnancy and one vitamin my doc told me helped save my life, I had hemorrhaging from them pulling out baby B, and if it wasn't for the vitamins I would have lost tons more blood than I had. So I believe that they're good and helpful but that's just my opinion and my story. everyone is different

A lot of people can't take them because they make them sick, I don't think they're necessary especially if you already eat right and get those things in you naturally.

I went most of pregnancy without vitamins only because I didn't know I was pregnant but took them once I knew and always took them with my pregnancies because I know I eat bad, a lot of junk food and the baby needs it to grow but I mean at the end of the day its your body, your baby, and if something does or doesn't happen then its on you. but I think you should talk with your doctor first because if its such a scam then why are they free with some insurances? public aid insurance gets them free.

Passed all my tests the blood ones and the glucose even though before I had sugar for breakfast that morning guess it just depends on the person

I stop taking my prenatal do after the first trimester I've been fine
