Anybody have any knowledge with Primrose oil for inducing labor? Somebody recommended it to me for if and when that time comes.. But I don't want to be guided in the wrong direction. Please let me know if it's safe or not.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

I don't know anything about primrose oil. BUT All I know is do NOT use Castrol oil. A lot of articles say to do it but it's very hard to get the dosing right and it Can actually affect the baby. They are seeing Babies die from exposure.

Yeah I've read primrose can have the same affect as well ^ @nikjay2015 @taraandbabydolan but I know more than one person that's recommended it. I wouldn't just in case

My doctor said it was 100% safe, and recommends it. It does not induce labor though technically, it's only supposed to help aid in dilation over a period of time, and a few other benefits. The reason why some do go into labor is from their body dilating and basically being ready for labor. I've been taking one a day now and will up the dosage eventually and then use vaginally, but I'm only mainly using it to aid in a shorter labor this time around, as well as not tearing again hopefully.

Yes castor oil is a definite no-no! I was just concerned that primrose would have that same effect. @zaysmomma @taraandbabydolan thanks mommas! I'm just gonna stay away from it altogether. Don't want to take any risks.. This is my first baby! lol

Thank you for the clarification! @their.bomb.ass.mom this is my first baby.. I'm so afraid of taking anything that can harm my son. But I'm also so scared of tearing! 😩😩😩 I have a big head and so does his daddy.. I think I should just prepare for the worst lmao
